JUNIOR RESEARCHER ACADEMY - LAUNCH OF ENROLLMENTS FOR THE "DEDICATED LEVEL" 2023

Junior Research Academy opens enrollment for the "Dedicated level" - 2023.

JRA Involved level members who meet the conditions provided by the Methodology on access and promotion within Junior Researcher Academy, UMFST-REG-105, 2nd edition:

- have successfully implemented an “Initiation Grant” in research obtained through the JRA internal – Involved level competitions;

- have participated at a least one scientific conference, as main author, with a presentation or poster and published at least one article in extenso, as main author, in a journal of UMFST G.E. Palade Tg. Mureș, in an international journal indexed in international databases (IDB), in an international journal indexed in Web of Science or in a volume of a scientific event

are invited to submit the following documents (signed and scanned) between May 16 and 29, 2023, to the address: jra@umfst.ro:

- a letter of intent written in English, according to the model in Annex 02;

- a letter of recommendation from the tutor from the laboratory/research center where the candidate will carry out its activity.

Confirmation of JRA Dedicated level status will be emailed to applicants.

Information

Eligible for promotion to JR – Dedicated level are those members of JRA who meet one of the following conditions:

- have successfully implemented an “Initiation Grant” in research obtained through the JRA internal– Involved level competitions;

- participated at least one scientific conference, as main author, with a presentation or poster and published at least one article in extenso, as main author, in a journal of UMFST G.E. Palade Tg. Mureș, in an international journal indexed in international databases (IDB), in an international journal indexed in Web of Science or in a volume of a scientific event. The documentation and writing of the article will be done according to the specific methodology for one of the following types of articles: systematic review, state-of-the-art review, umbrella review, meta-analysis.

In order to be promoted to JR – Dedicated level, members of JRA with JR – Involved level status that meet the above conditions are going to send to jra@umfst.ro the following documents (signed and scanned):

- a cover letter in English, according to Annex 02;

- a letter of recommendation from their tutor from the laboratory/research center where the candidate is going to carry out its activity.
